Meet the Founder

Roger Hauser has dedicated more than three decades to Business Aviation, developing extensive expertise in aircraft maintenance, avionics, technical management and operational support.
Throughout his career, he has held both technical and leadership positions with internationally recognised organisations, including Crossair / Swiss International Air Lines, RUAG Aerospace and Jet Aviation Basel.
Combining operational expertise with management experience, Roger delivers practical, independent solutions based on real-world industry knowledge.
